A Dorstenia turnerifolia bloom at the US Botanic Garden on 4 July 2012. It's so frakkin' funky, I want one for myself!

  1. Ewww-coool!! That's weirdly beautiful. Looks like a new breed of Romanesque/broccoli. Love the colours.

  2. There appears to be a sea slug crawling across your broccoli.

  3. This guy was blooming when I was there two weeks was so crazy! I have a Dorstenia foetida but the blooms are nowhere near as large as this one. I love it!
